While almost all university students end up taking the TOEFL iBT, some places still require students to take the PBT or ITP. The main difference between the paper based test, the institutional TOEFL, and the internet based test is that the first two have a grammar section that the iBT doesn’t have. But, because of the popularity of the iBT, most materials focus on that, and there isnt a lot out there to prepare students for the other two tests.

Because of that, I designed an Android app called Gramma Ma. It is a pretty simple app that builds on questions asked by the PBT and ITP tests.

There are two types of questions, fill in the blank and select the incorrect section. These questions are the same types of questions that are used ob these tests. Additionally, there are five practice tests that give learners a chance to test their overall skills.

While the app was designed specifically for PBT and ITP test takers, it is also helpful for high school or university students in general who want additional grammar practice.

Also, the app is free to install and totally ad free, so you can advise students to use it without any worry.
