Out of curiosity, did anyone go out there? I personally was put off by the price, and also have three little kids and don’t want to deal with having them out in the bitter cold, so I am watching from home.

Sorry, late to the game, but yes, I did go to the Olympics. The prices were rather daunting so my friends and I opted for the cheap ones–women’s skeleton. We rented a car and an Airbnb. It was so cold and our venue was outdoors. We layered up and used many hotpacks. There were even volunteers handing out hotpacks, facemasks, and other “swag” before we entered our event area. I’m really glad I spent the money.
