My materials:
-vocab intro with some pretty good gifs
-vanishing pictures + matching game
-quiz (bomb-style) game where the selection slide is a map (two versions since the one w funny gifs doesn’t work correctly in some versions of PPT)
-English Espionage game–the first of these decoding games I made, updated for this textbook; kids really enjoy this activity
-Words for songs: The Eagles, Hollies, Nicki Minaj, Rocky Horror Show … short clips of songs with lyrics–students listen and determine the missing word
-Place Your Bets game, very popular
-some preposition warm-ups: I made a “Preposition Park” PPT with animated gifs of dinosaurs, mostly from the Jurassic park movies, students try to unscramble and fill in; some funny/interesting animated gifs to practice prepositions; and a Chase the Vocab game
-also, more direction giving with Doraemon and with the Adventure Time gang
-quick spelling activity, not sure who made this, might be a good warm-up

Intro PPT modified from others posted – themed Spongebob. Fonts used are in zip file with ppt. I added a video from Waygook at the beginning of intro as a motivator.
Worksheet for directional prepositions.

I found this song last week while looking for a different one, but I think it goes very well with this lesson and my kids got into it.
Speak/sing the words on the signs as they appear.
